If we are provided enough notice we are generally quite flexible and happy to re-book your tour for another day, subject to availability.
You will NOT be charged for payment of your tour. You can pay Paul directly on the day of your tour by cash or in advance through a bank transfer.
You will only be charged when failing to meet our cancellation policy as follows:
- Less than 3 days notice prior to day of departure 100% tour fee will be charged.
- Between 4 – 7 days notice prior to day of departure 50% tour fee will be charged.
- Between 7-14 days notice prior to day of departure 30% tour fee will be charged.
- More than 14 days notice prior to day of departure no tour fee will be charged.
